REPORTING ANALYST I

WHAT IS THE OPPORTUNITY?

Partners with other Reporting Analysts & Manager to provide reporting and analytical support for respective Line of Business (LOB). Responsibilities include preparing data and reporting for management and executive committees, running ad hoc data requests, and distribution of frequent and reoccurring reports to all levels of management.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

Monthly and ad hoc reporting on business metrics and analytics assignments

System and data-oriented projects

Provide timely and accurate reporting to multiple departments across the company

Assist with the review, consolidation and reduction of data discrepancies

Create and maintain financial models for use by other teams and identify/correct data gaps, inconsistencies, etc.

Effectively communicate technical issues and their solutions to key stakeholders

Create and maintain process documentation

Collaborate with various levels of management across the organization to develop tools that provide meaningful insights into the different segments of the business

WHAT DO YOU NEED TO SUCCEED?

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent

Minimum 1 year of MS Office experience

Minimum 1 year experience in reporting or data validation

Additional Qualifications

Light to moderate skills with SAS or SQL, or other data management, reporting, and query tools

Moderate skills with MS Office, including Excel & PowerPoint

Monitor and send daily, weekly, and monthly reporting to all levels of management

Provide analytical and reporting support for senior analysts

Develop high level summary and trending of data

Capacity to work independently with little to no supervision

Demonstrated ability to direct initiatives with successful results

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities and work in a fast paced environment required

Strong leadership and organizational skills

CompensationStarting base salary: $31.39 - $50.14 per hour. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. This job is eligible for bonus and/or commissions.
