Description

We are looking for a skilled Contracts Administrator to join our team on a contract basis in Hawthorne, California. In this role, you will oversee the contract lifecycle, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely execution. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented professionals with a strong background in document management, redlining, and version control.

Responsibilities:

Manage contracts through their full lifecycle, including initiation, execution, and closeout.

Review and edit contract documents, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and proper redlining.

Maintain strict version control and organize contract records using tools like Adobe Pro and Microsoft Word.

Coordinate deadlines and schedules, ensuring timely contract execution.

Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to facilitate contract approvals and processing.

Utilize platforms such as Procore, DocuSign, and Bluebeam to streamline contract workflows.

Respond promptly to urgent requests and high-priority contract tasks.

Conduct detailed reviews of documents and support contract change management processes.

Track contract progress and keep stakeholders informed of any updates or issues.

Requirements - 3-5 years of experience in contract administration or a related field.

Proficiency in tools such as Adobe Pro, Microsoft Word, DocuSign, Procore, and Bluebeam.

Strong skills in document comparison, redlining, and maintaining version control.

Exceptional organizational abilities and attention to detail.

Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently with minimal supervision.

Excellent communication skills for collaborating with diverse teams.
