JOB REQUIREMENTS: Position Overview We are hiring Entry-Level Production Workers to join our Prescott, WI team. This role is ideal for individuals looking to start a career in manufacturing. No prior experience or formal education is requiredwe provide on-the-job training. The position is hands-on, physically active, and well-suited for those who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Assist with manufacturing bath, body, and skincare products Operate production and packaging equipment after training Measure, mix, and handle materials following instructions Package, label, and prepare finished products for shipment Follow safety guidelines, quality standards, and work instructions Maintain a clean and organized work area Work with team members to meet daily production goals Qualifications Required No prior manufacturing experience required No high school diploma or GED required Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform repetitive physical tasks Ability to stand for extended periods Willingness to learn and follow instructions Reliable attendance and punctuality Preferred (Not Required) Previous production, warehouse, or hands-on work experience Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Skills & Attributes Positive attitude and willingness to learn Dependable and team-oriented Strong attention to detail Ability to follow safety and quality guidelines Comfortable working with hands-on tasks Work Environment Manufacturing/production facility Fast-paced, team-based setting Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) Training provided; opportunities for advancement. ** OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: No experience needed. ** APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS: E-Mail a Rsum: Capitola@employnet.com Apply Online: Employnet.com Call For Appointment: 831-824-6934 This position is listed by a private employment agency.
