As a Security Officer - Manufacturing Patrol in Bland, VA , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, helping to deter security-related incidents and maintaining a welcoming environment. Your presence and attention to detail will support the security-related needs of the site while delivering exceptional customer service and communication. What You'll Do:

Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and following site-specific policies, responding to incidents and emergencies as needed.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the manufacturing and industrial location, including the business interior and perimeter, to help to deter unauthorized activity.

Observe and report any unusual or suspicious behavior or conditions to Allied Universal management and/or client representatives.

Monitor access points and help to deter unauthorized entry to restricted areas within the location.

Maintain detailed and accurate records of daily activities, incidents, and patrols as required by Allied Universal and/or the client.

Communicate with team members, client personnel, and Allied Universal management to address security-related concerns or incidents.

Minimum Requirements:

Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

A guard card or license is preferred.

Alarm panel experience is preferred.

Customer service experience is preferred.

Access control or badge experience is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
