As a Project/Sr. Project Engineer, you'll play a crucial role in leading and executing projects related to manufacturing equipment and processes. What does a Project/ Sr Project Engineer do?
You'll be at the helm of major capital projects, ensuring they adhere to agreed-upon cost, schedule, and performance metrics.
Collaborate with vendors to specify equipment and design assets for new production lines within existing facilities or new ones
Scope and recommend projects aimed at cost reduction and sustainability
Investigate process and equipment issues, providing recommendation for corrective measures.
Apply sound engineering principles to all aspects of your work.
Actively participate in multifunctional project teams, overseeing capital projects from concept to asset installation and start-up,
Engage in Lean events to drive rapid process improvements.
Mentor and develop engineers and maintenance personnel, sharing technical and engineering best practices.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
Possess 4 - 7 years of experience in technical engineering or leading capital projects.
PLC and HMI programming experience with Rockwell suite of products
Demonstrated ability to lead teams, especially on potentially ambiguous projects
Capital management experience
