What You Will Do as a CNC Programmer at PRL

Program and optimize CNC machines - Write and edit machine programs for precision milling and turning operations.

Lead Through Knowledge - Train, mentor, and support machinists to raise production standards.

Solve Complex Problems - Review blueprints, troubleshoot machining issues, and refine programming for optimal efficiency.

Innovate for Efficiency - Design process layouts that enhance workflow, cut waste, and boost machining capabilities.

What We're Looking For

Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics (STEM), or equivalent experience.

2+ years of CNC programming experience (Advanced degree preferred)

Mastery of G and M codes, CAD/CAM software (Mastercam and SolidWorks a plus)

Strong understanding of geometric dimensioning/tolerancing (GD&T)

U.S. citizenship required (Ability to obtain/maintain a government security clearance)
