Reference #: 85347-366255 GENERAL JOB SUMMARY: Provide requirement guidance to the Engineering Department as well as supporting the Application Engineering departments to ensure compliance with current and future customer requirements in support of engineering goal and objectives. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: Responsible for requirement management and compliance of a given program. Provides input to the other engineering departments to include but notwithstanding, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, CAD, Configuration Management, New Product Development, Integrated Logistics Support departments and Applications Engineering. Provides support to meet Engineering schedules and budgets in coordination with Program Managers. Contributes to providing direction and guidance of Engineering personnel to ensure the ability of the department to meet requirements of current and future program requirements. Provides support to ensure quality, productivity, and innovation in new product design. Maintains on-going communication with customer and team leads to accomplish program goals through Systems Engineering. Provides Engineering Estimates and Applications Engineering support for quotes as needed. Other Job Functions Other duties may be assigned. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIRED: Ability to maintain sensitive and confidential information as required by government standards. Ability to interact effectively with peers and supervisors. Ability to interact appropriately with the public when necessary. Ability to adhere to workplace rules. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Bachelors of Science in Mechanical, Electrical or Systems Engineering from accredited university. At least 2+ years of related experience in Engineering, Program Management, Technical Sales and Engineering Management. Advance or professional degrees and certification preferred. Regularly contributes to the development of new concepts, approaches and strategies. Solid understanding of Electrical Engineering fundamentals and electrical subsystems. Solid understanding of Mechanical Engineering fundamentals, Mechanical design and Manufacturing Processes. AutoCAD, 3D modeling and electrical wiring software experience. Ability to clearly communicate with others both verbally and in writing. Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities. Proficiency with Microsoft Office basic product suite.

WORK ENVIROMENT / PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Must be willing to travel domestically up to 10%. Office environment. Ability to stand and sit for long periods of time. Ability to perform repetitive motion (keyboarding, 10-key, phones). Ability to lift up to 10 pounds. From: Kratos Defense
