Job Description

The ideal candidate will partner with GL&D Consulting and Design teams to drive essential new hire onboarding, Wealth team training and client/prospecting sales training initiatives. This role is responsible for facilitating engaging training sessions in both in-person and virtual environments. Candidates must demonstrate adaptability to diverse learner needs, advocate for effective learning strategies, and consistently monitor attendance and progress to guarantee that all training content meets core learning objectives.

Serve as a knowledgeable facilitator for Wealth banking and advisory teams across the Affluent and Private Wealth client segments to establish banking and advisory team norms, expectations and best practices. Lead new hire training sessions to upskill Wealth bankers on topics such as deposit, credit and lending products, policies and systems. Conduct in-person Wealth referral trainings in market for retail partners. Assist with other key learning initiatives across WCIB & ICG business lines.

This role would ideally hold the FINRA 7, 66 and 24 registrations to ensure their ability to oversee and deliver broker-dealer regulated content for Wealth.

Strong facilitation skills with the ability to lead larger rooms of client-facing financial professionals.

A background in or ability to develop strong business line acumen around the Wealth client experience and sales.

This role requires working from a U.S. Bank location three (3) or more days per week.

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $105,400.00 - $124,000.00
