GENERAL DESCRIPTION

The Financial Planning and Analysis Lead

(FP&A Lead) is responsible for delivering financial insights and strategic guidance to senior leadership, including the CFO, to support informed decision-making and long-term business success. This role leads the annual operating plan (AOP) process, supports

monthly financial performance analytics , and develops financial models that measure results against strategic objectives.

Working closely with finance leadership, the FP&A Lead provides analytical support and reporting to identify key financial trends and performance indicators. This position plays a critical role in driving financial discipline, improving forecasting accuracy, and enhancing visibility into business performance.

Duties & Responsibilities

Provide key financial analysis and management reporting through various monthly reporting processes utilizing qualitative and quantitative performance measures

Lead the annual budget process and monthly analysis of budget to actual variances

Provide guidance on investment and project decisions

Support leadership with special projects for strategic decision-making ("what if" strategic analysis, global business forecasting and/or new product P&L projections)

Compile inputs to develop

the annual and rolling operating plan s

present ation to management

Implement best practice financial processes and workflows

Conduct variance analysis monthly with detailed management discussion and analysis write up on variances to plan

Develop, monitor and report on Key Performance Indicators monthly, identifying drivers of unexpected variances to aid decision making

Assist

with

project set-up , billing and revenue on an as-needed basis

REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor's degree required. Degree in finance or accounting preferred

Minimum of four ( 4 ) years' experience in financial planning and analysis

Possess an analytical mind, an ability to communicate complex ideas to senior business leaders, and a desire to make a meaningful impact on a dynamic

company

Experience leading the annual budget process and monthly budget reporting reviews

The capacity to work well with other s , share responsibilities, and contribute to a collective goal

Ability to pivot and adapt in response to changing priorities, deadline s , and project requirements

Desirable Experience
