Description

We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Sales Representative to join our team in Roanoke, Virginia. This role requires an individual who is passionate about building lasting relationships with clients and delivering trustworthy, solution-oriented sales. You will play a key role in representing our brand and driving customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.

Responsibilities:

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to establish trust and promote long-term partnerships.

Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and present tailored solutions.

Proactively engage in both inbound and outbound sales activities to generate leads and close deals.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer service and satisfaction.

Identify customer pain points and provide thoughtful, problem-solving approaches to address them.

Represent the company with integrity, avoiding overpromising and ensuring honest communication.

Meet or exceed sales targets by consistently demonstrating a go-getter attitude.

Adapt to various customer backgrounds and levels of experience to provide personalized support.

Participate in team discussions and contribute to a family-oriented, collaborative work environment.

Requirements - Strong communication skills with the ability to ask effective questions and address customer concerns.

Proven ability to handle challenging conversations and overcome objections.

Experience in inside sales, direct sales, inbound, or outbound sales is preferred but not required.

Self-motivated and hardworking with a results-driven mindset.

Open to candidates with varying levels of experience, from entry-level to highly experienced professionals.

Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.

Demonstrated capacity to build trust and maintain integrity in customer interactions.

Willingness to learn and adapt to new sales strategies and processes.
