Our client is seeking a skilled Validation Engineer to support critical manufacturing operations within a regulated, cGMP-controlled environment. This role is ideal for someone who wants to make an impact by ensuring safe, compliant, high-quality products. You'll work cross-functionally, lead validation projects, and help maintain audit-ready standards across equipment, processes, and utilities.
Shift: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm
Pay: $34-$38.50/hour
What You'll Do
Plan, review, and execute validation activities (IQ/OQ/PQ) for equipment, processes, cleaning, and utilities, including USP water and compressed air systems.
Develop and maintain SOPs, protocols, reports, and templates to support consistency, compliance, and audit readiness.
Partner with Engineering, QA, and Operations to guide equipment requirements, support investigations, and provide technical expertise during audits.
Review analytical and microbial testing, assist with environmental monitoring, and coordinate with external labs.
Lead validation projects independently while staying current on regulatory expectations and industry best practices.
What You Bring
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Chemical, or related Engineering field.
1-3 years of validation experience in a cGMP environment (cosmetics, pharma, or personal care preferred).
Strong skills in equipment and system qualification, protocol development, technical writing, and cross-functional communication.
Experience with root cause analysis, deviation support, and environmental monitoring is a plus.
Lean Six Sigma training/certification preferred.
