As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol a commercial real estate location, helping to deter security-related incidents through visibility and routine patrols. You will interact with visitors and tenants, providing excellent customer service and communication while upholding our values of teamwork, care, and integrity. What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to clients, following security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and respond to emergency situations as appropriate.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner to support a secure environment.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential issues.

Monitor entrances, exits, and common areas to help to deter unwanted activity and provide a visible presence.

Document and report security-related incidents, observations, and activities in accordance with company and site policies.

Collaborate with site personnel and Allied Universal management to address concerns and support a positive experience for building occupants and visitors.

Minimum Requirements:

Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

A guard card or license is preferred.

Customer service experience is preferred.

Access control or badge experience is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
