HOW CUSTOMER ACCEPTANCE TESTER WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
Test Execution: Perform test execution and provide ad hoc testing support. Work hand-in-hand with the business owner and provide support, feedback, and test results across all SDLC phases.
Test Scenario Creation: Develop and execute test scenarios to validate software functionality and user requirements.
Defect Resolution: Collaborate with the development team to identify and address software defects.
User Story Demonstration: Conduct user story demonstrations and showcase software functionality to clients.
Quality Assurance: Ensure software quality meets specified expectations and enhance customer satisfaction.
Cloud Environment Testing: Minimum of 2+ years of experience testing in a cloud environment, preferably Azure.
Manual and Automated Testing: Run manual tests proficiently and incorporate automated testing processes using tools like Selenium and UFT with VB script.
Documentation: Create clear and concise test plans, scenarios, and cases using tools like HP ALM for effective communication.
Defect Reporting: Generate detailed defect reports to facilitate understanding of software issues for team members.
Agile and DevOps Methods: Apply Agile and DevOps methodologies for flexible software testing, utilizing tools like Version One.
System Life Cycle Understanding: Demonstrate a strong understanding of the complete system life cycle for applications and operating systems.
Analytical and Communication Skills: Utilize strong analytical skills to analyze computer processes, coupled with excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders, Solutions Architects, Product Owners, Managers, and Developers.
Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies with entire development team to solidify understanding of requirements.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED:
Education:
Bachelor's Degree; OR in lieu of degree, an additional 4 years of relevant work experience is required
Required Experience : Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
Minimum 2+ years of experience testing in a cloud environment, Azure preferred.
Required Technical Skills :
Software Testing: Proficient in manual and automated testing processes.
Test Scenario Design: Ability to create and execute test scenarios for validation.
Defect Management: Experience in identifying and resolving software defects.
Client Interaction: Skilled in demonstrating software functionality to clients.
Quality Assurance: Understanding of quality assurance principles for customer satisfaction.
Cloud Environment Testing: Minimum 2+ years' testing experience in a cloud environment, preferably Azure
Test Automation: Proficiency in using automation tools like Selenium and UFT with VB script.
Communication Skills: Strong communication and collaboration abilities with stakeholders and team members.
Security Clearance Level:
Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust and successfully pass a thorough Government background screening process requiring the completion of detailed forms and fingerprinting
This position has a U.S. residency requirement. The USPS security clearance process requires the selected candidate to have resided in the U.S. (including U.S. Territories) for the last five years as follows: U.S. Citizens cannot have left the U.S. (including U.S. Territories) for longer than 6 months consecutively in the last 3 years (unless they meet certain exceptions). Non-U.S. Citizens cannot have left the U.S. (including U.S. Territories) for longer than 90 days consecutively in the last 3 years.

The likely salary range for this position is $94,676 - $128,092. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
