The US base salary range for this full-time position is $84,000-$120,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
Develop forward thinking, data-driven sales recommendations that align with client objectives and quantify high-impact opportunities with clear recommendations to pitch to clients.
Understand Google's suite of ad products in-and-out(Google Ads and YouTube) and take responsibility for the management of clients.
Lead meetings with clients regarding new product launches and advertising opportunities, while ensuring that clients are satisfied with their business growth.
Manage operationswithin the Sales team, aligning workflow among team members to execute complex initiatives and ensure accountability to team goals.
Develop and present proactive in-quarter upsells.
