Forklift Operator

Our client, a manufacturing organization, is seeking a Forklift Operator to join their team. As a Forklift Operator, you will be part of the warehouse operations supporting inventory management and order fulfillment. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive attitude which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Forklift Operator

Location: Pella, IA

Shift: 6 AM-2:30 PM, OT goes until 4:30 PM

What's the Job?

Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.

Ensure accurate inventory control through proper receiving, picking, and stock replenishment.

Pick and process orders with precision and timeliness to meet customer expectations.

Support production by ensuring all necessary components are available at the line.

Manage urgent, branch replenishment, and export orders effectively.

What's Needed?

High school diploma or equivalent required.

Previous experience in a warehouse role, preferably in manufacturing or assembly.

Familiarity with warehouse picking and packing processes.

Forklift operation experience and certification preferred.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
