Customer Service and Order Entry Specialist

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM (1-hour lunch break)

Pay Rate: $22-$25/hour

What You'll Do:

As a Customer Service and Order Entry Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive top-notch support and service. Your responsibilities will include:

Communicating directly with customers and the sales team, answering phone calls, and processing orders.

Handling data entry tasks, including accurately recording and processing orders.

Managing credit card processing for transactions.

Assisting with deposits as needed

What We're Looking For:

Strong customer service skills and a friendly, personable demeanor.

Previous experience in a customer service or order entry role preferred.

Excellent phone etiquette, accuracy with data entry, and the ability to work collaboratively within a small office environment.

Requirements

Strong customer service skills

Proficiency in order entry

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

High attention to detail and organizational capabilities.

Ability to work collaboratively with team members and other departments.
