Position Summary: Coordinates and assists with marketing activities for the sales and marketing teams.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Observes all safety procedures, rules, and regulations, and follows instructions in the performance of job duties.

Helps develop concepts and layouts for sales and marketing tools, including catalogs, flyers, ads, logos, point-of-purchase displays, social media content, web pages, email campaigns, and other marketing collateral.

Assists with projects from concept through completion, ensuring each project reflects company and department objectives.

Applies brand standards consistently across all marketing materials.

Helps translate ideas and business requirements into engaging design solutions.

Reviews final layouts and recommends improvements as needed.

Coordinates orders for vehicle decals, branded clothing, envelopes, HSI sales giveaways, presentation materials, brochures, and other printed literature.

Assists with trade shows and HSI-sponsored events.

Responds to web requests for information and catalogs from prospective and current customers.

Supports promotional strategies and product marketing initiatives.

Assists with purchasing and ordering of marketing materials and supplies

Updates and maintains contacts and leads within the company system.

Assists with coordinating co-op funding from third-party supply vendors.

Serves as backup for reception and phone coverage

Assists Human Resources with employee events

Other duties as assigned

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and XD

Preferred skills: UI/UX design (Adobe XD), illustration or drawing, video editing, photography, and social media, blogging, or copywriting experience

Experience in marketing communications, graphic design, or public relations is preferred

Knowledge of print-ready design standards and experience working with print vendors is required

Video editing experience (Adobe Premiere) is preferred

Working knowledge of HTML/CSS

Strong creative sense of layout, composition, typography, and aesthetic consistency across all company branding

Self-starter with strong verbal and written communication skills

Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently while working with minimal supervision

Highly organized, reliable, and detail-oriented, with strong follow-through on tasks

Works well within a team and responds positively to initiative, feedback, and direction

Willing to learn new skills outside of current areas of expertise

Level of Education and Experience:

Associate's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, with six months of marketing experience preferred.

One to two years of experience in graphic design or marketing is required.
