Position Summary

The primary responsibility of this role is to deliver high-quality technical support and customer service for end-user computing environments. This includes troubleshooting and resolving issues related to desktops, laptops, mobile devices, software applications, and peripheral hardware.

Key Responsibilities

Provide timely and effective technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.

Install, configure, and maintain desktop and mobile computing devices.

Perform routine maintenance and updates on systems and peripherals.

Assist with software installations, upgrades, and patch management.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to operating systems, applications, and connectivity.

Coordinate hardware repairs and replacements as needed.

Maintain accurate records of support activities using a ticketing system.

Support inventory management of IT assets including hardware and software.

Collaborate with other technical teams and departments to resolve complex issues.

Deliver user training and documentation to enhance technical proficiency.

Participate in planning and execution of system upgrades and deployments.

Ensure customer satisfaction through professional communication and follow-up.

Required Skills

Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems (especially Windows 10).

Experience with Active Directory and user account management.

Familiarity with Office 365 and common productivity tools.

Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware and software issues.

Understanding of endpoint management tools (e.g., SCCM, Intune, JAMF).

Basic networking knowledge and A/V support experience.

Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent work experience.

2-3 years of experience in a technical support or desktop support role.

Experience supporting enterprise environments and executive-level users.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Flexibility to support varying schedules and business needs.

Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $32.00/hr.
