Network Architect

The Opportunity:

Leverage previous experience and communications with customer to implement a successfully operating department

Work closely with the customer to create requirements and milestones

Provide a environment where the candidate is able to to have full control over implementation

Create professional working relationships with the user base of the new department and the leadership behind the department

Responsibilities:

Work closely with the customer to create requirements and milestones for success

Independently provide supervision and mentoring to the Departmental Division Heads.

Oversee the development and execution of a multi-million dollar departmental budget

Oversee and execute Departmental staffing, hiring, reassignment and reorganization strategies.

Excel at problem solving and creating solutions in environments where resources may be limited.

Qualifications:

Required:

Have over 5 years of experience in a leadership department role

Familiarity with how NAVSEA and their sister warfare centers operate

Must excel at communicating and problem solving

Must be able to multi-task as multiple projects, meetings and tasking will happen often.

Must have at least a secret level security clearance

Pay Range : There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. Since this position can be worked in more than one location, the range shown is the national average for the position.

The proposed salary range for this position is:

$90,300-$189,600
