Responsible for all administrative support functions for the Office of Inspector General
Responsible for all administrative support for the Office of Inspector General (OIG) to include administrative reporting, financial administration, and human resource reporting. Manage administrative records to support unit operations. This includes compliance reports for the entire unit. Provides and tracks budgets for all operational units within the OIG to include budget reconciliation to expenditures. Process all invoices, reimbursements and any other financial transactions for OIG. Maintains and monitors fixed assets and oversees annual inventory of assets. Manages and coordinates SAP security roles for all staff. Serve as liaison for all LMS training. Maintains and monitors all professional memberships for all staff. Maintains all files for OIG including financial and human resources. Perform edits of correspondence issued by OIG as directed by the Inspector General. Coordinates distribution of audit reports under the supervision of the Inspector General. Coordinates training as needed according to agency policies and procedures. Serves as the human resources administrative professional for OIG which includes processing all personnel transactions after approval by the Inspector General. Maintains current database of human resource policies and procedures to ensure all staff are aware of and in compliance with human resources policies/procedures. Serves as the NCVIP liaison and performs all duties associated with that role. Serves as payroll coordinator for the Unit which includes ensuring processing of all timesheets. Manages Work Plan for all OIG units. Completes all special administrative projects as directed by the Inspector General

Knowledge of office management techniques and ability to practice effective communication techniques both orally and in writing, ability to plan and work of others.
Demonstrated ability to analyze and interpret policy and procedural guidelines and to resolve problems and questions
Skill in organizing workflow and coordinating activities
Experience in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and SAP
Minimum Education and Experience Requirements

High school diploma or General Educational Development (GED) diploma and four years of related administrative experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience
