Description Robert Half Finance & Accounting Contract Talent is currently seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist for a growing company. This role has opened due to company growth and will support the current AP team member by taking on additional responsibilities. The company is looking for someone who is accurate, dependable, and enjoys working in a collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities:

This position will be responsible for full cycle accounts payable including:

Processing invoices received via email and mail

Coding invoices accurately for a multi-branch system (some to individual branches, some across multiple branches)

Ensuring accuracy and consistency with repetitive processes

Collaborating with team members and contributing to a positive, team-oriented culture

Assisting with other AP tasks as needed

Requirements:

2+ years of accounts payable experience

Experience working in a multi-store or multi-entity AP environment preferred

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Ability to manage repetitive processes efficiently

Collaborative, friendly, and team-oriented personality

Proficiency with Sage 100

Additional Info:

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Duration: Temp-to-hire

Dress Code: Business Casual

Location: Onsite. Eligible for one remote day per week after six months and permanent hire.

Familiarity with multi-store or multi-entity accounts payable environments is preferred.

Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in repetitive processes.

Proficiency in Sage 100 software.

Excellent teamwork and communication skills.

Ability to work efficiently in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.

Business casual dress code.

Onsite availability with eligibility for one remote workday per week after six months and ongoing employment.
