How you create impact

Communicate by email and phone with shippers to confirm shipment information.

Dispatch pickups for each shipment.

Update missing shipment status.

Monitor shipments to ensure moving as scheduled.

Coordinate pickup/delivery appointments.

Manage overall customer service to ensure excellent customer relations.

Work directly with carriers (dry van, flatbed, & temp control) to ensure that loads are picked up and delivered.

Communicate between the shipper, carrier, and customer to provide tactical solutions that improve the daily operations.

What we would like you to bring

1+ years of road logistics/truck transportation/supply chain operations experience.

Knowledge of transportation industry systems and guidelines (dry van, reefer, flatbed, expedite, LTL).

Base wage is part of a competitive total rewards package that includes health and welfare benefits, a 401k retirement savings plan, tuition reimbursement, and incentive compensation for eligible roles. Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by a number of factors including experience, skills, job location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations. Kuehne+Nagel reviews pay ranges regularly to ensure competitive and fair pay based on industry market data. #LI-AA1
