JOB REQUIREMENTS: Description We are hiring for one Marketing
specialist. This person can work at any location across our footprint.
We\'re looking for a highly motivated and independent Marketing
Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have direct B2B
marketing experience, preferably within a professional services
industry. This position can work at any location across our footprint.
In this role, you\'ll be instrumental in developing strategies to build
brand awareness and drive sales for our products and services. You
should be a highly driven self-starter with a passion for delivering
high-quality, detail-oriented work. As an effective communicator,
you\'ll build and nurture a strong network of relationships,
collaborating with others to meet shared goals. Your ability to work
efficiently and accurately within established policies and standards is
critical to your success in this role. The Marketing Specialist will
lead all aspects of an assigned focus area\'s marketing efforts with a
curious and self-driven approach. The ideal candidate possesses the
ability to take initiative and has a keen interest in expanding their
knowledge and skills in marketing. The role will contribute to the
continuous advancement of our online presence and brand awareness,
develop and execute marketing strategies and seek new growth
opportunities. Primary Responsibilities: Conduct market research:
analyze data to identify target audience, market trends, and competitors
to create effective marketing strategies. Develop marketing campaigns:
create and execute marketing campaigns across multiple channels that
align with business goals and convert the target audience. Create
marketing materials: Develop marketing materials, such as brochures,
flyers, videos, and social media posts, that communicate the brand\'s
message efficiently and creatively. Run website and social media:
Maintain and update website and social media platforms with content that
drives traffic and engagement. Monitor & optimize campaign performance:
Track and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools to measure
effectiveness and identify opportunities for optimization. Operate
proactively: identify new opportunities/enhancements and provide
potential solutions. Stay up to date with market trends and industry
best practices. Maintains and assures compliance with all Bank policies,
procedures and processes, and all applicable state and federal banking
laws, rules and regulations; adheres to Bank Secrecy Act (BSA)
