Description We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Greenville, Pennsylvania. This is a long-term contract position that requires a proactive and detail-oriented individual to provide exceptional support to our customers. The role involves maintaining strong relationships, managing orders, and ensuring customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Process customer purchase orders promptly and accurately.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure orders are fulfilled and shipped efficiently.

Provide timely updates to customers regarding order statuses, shipping schedules, and any potential delays.

Prepare and deliver customized reports based on customer needs.

Establish and nurture strong relationships with clients to foster trust and loyalty.

Address customer inquiries and concerns with urgency and professionalism.

Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and enhance service delivery.

Offer assistance to colleagues and support other departments as required.

Carry out additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned to meet business needs. Requirements - Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field.

Proficiency in handling inbound and outbound calls with a customer-focused approach.

Strong skills in order entry and processing.

Ability to communicate effectively and professionally in both verbal and written formats.

Experience in call center customer service is highly desirable.

Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in team settings.
