Administrative Assistant to Advancement

Thiel College seeks candidates with exceptional organizational, problem-solving, and customer service skills for a full-time position in our Advancement Department as an Administrative Assistant.

The ideal candidate will be an engaging individual who excels in a fast-paced environment, a team player who can communicate efficiently and effectively through verbal and written communication with various constituents.

Additionally, the Administrative Assistant is someone who: can demonstrate a high degree of professionalism, initiative and independence, is a multi-tasker who can organize and prioritize projects, works with confidential and sensitive information,

Requirements: Excellent computer skills are a must Strong organizational skills and ability to thrive in a cooperative office environment A high level of proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite 3-5 years' experience in a professional, confidential office environment High school graduate

Preferences: Familiarity with donor management systems would be a plus. Ability to work with both internal and external constituents and be comfortable representing the College at events and functions. Familiarity working in an office environment is highly preferred Post-secondary education in a related field
