Hourly Pay Differential 2nd shifts $.80 third shift $.90. Longevity Pay $.10 cents each hour for every 2 years worked with a cap at $1.20. Paid Sick Leave-80 hours (about 3 and a half days) of Paid Sick Leave (PSL) prorated based on start date.Sell back of any unused PSL at the end of year. 12 Paid Holidays Paid Vacation Healthcare starting at $217per month family coverage. Company Paid life insurance. Stability-Over 100 years in the community Overtime after 8 hours in a dayJob DescriptionUnder the supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor, the Maintenance Mechanic will perform preventative maintenance on all production equipment. This position requires repair and maintenance to maintain the building/facility, and production machinery/equipment in the facility.JOB DUTIES Provide hands-on support through troubleshooting equipment faults to diagnose problems and complete repairs Complete all required reporting and documentation Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental/Health and Safety Perform preventative maintenance on all Production Equipment Inspecting mechanical and electrical componentsQualificationsEXPERIENCE AND EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS GED or Diploma Experience with hydraulics and pneumatics Welding, cutting, and fabrication Minimum 3 years' experience in Maintenance Manufacturing environment or five years of heavy automotive mechanic experience (oil/gas field, truck/bus/water, etc.) or a combination of related heavy automotive technical training and experiencePHYSICAL REQUIRMENTS Standing for long periods of time, walking throughout the facility, ability to lift 50lbs as requiredAdditional InformationWork Environment Exposed to elements, such as cold, heat, noise, dust, odors, fumes, etc. Standing for a long period of time 1st and 2nd shifts.LIMITATIONS AND DISCLAIMERThe above job description is meant to describe the general nature and level of work being performed; it is not intended to be construed as an exhaustive list of all responsibilities, duties and skills required for the position.Employees will be required to follow any other job-related instructions and to perform other job-related duties requested by their supervisor in compliance with Federal and State Laws.Requirements are representative of minimum levels of knowledge, skills, and/or abilities.
