Job Title: Accounting SpecialistJob Description

We are seeking a motivated Accounting Specialist to join our team. This role involves high-volume invoice processing, manual entry of invoices, and three-way matching for approximately 750 invoices per week. Additionally, the position includes responsibilities in accounts receivable.

Responsibilities

Process a high volume of invoices weekly, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

Perform three-way matching and manual entry of invoices.

Assist with accounts receivable tasks as needed.

Collaborate with team members to manage and separate work by plant location.

Essential Skills

Proficiency in accounts payable and data entry.

Experience with three-way matching and accounts receivable.

Ability to adapt to the repetitive nature of accounts payable tasks.

Team-oriented personality and strong collaboration skills.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

0-2+ years of accounts payable experience.

High School Diploma, Associates, or Bachelor's degree.

Familiarity with pivot tables and vlookups is a plus, but not required.

Work Environment

Join a dynamic team of three other members who handle invoices collaboratively. The team processes roughly 750 invoices a week, with manual entry being a key part of the workflow. The work environment is supportive and fun, with team members enjoying a positive and engaging atmosphere. The position requires in-office presence five days a week, with flexible start times and coverage needed until 4:30 PM. Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $20.00/hr.
