$23.00 per hour

Contract length to start is 6 months, however the intention is long term and to be extended beyond (in person work)

Work schedule: M-F 7:00am/7:30am - 4:00pm

Collaborative and supportive team environment.

What's a typical day as a Fraud Prevention Analyst ? You'll be:

Reviewing suspicious activity/exception reports and in-clearing check queues to identify fraudulent or suspicious transactions.

Conducting routine phone interviews and participating in more complex interviews with experienced analysts.

Making independent decisions to continue or terminate account relationships.

Taking appropriate action steps to protect the company's assets and minimize losses.

Accurately documenting all investigative steps and case financial information.

Identifying and submitting Suspicious Activity Reports (SARs) and Management Notifications in a timely manner.

Interacting with business units, customers, and outside agencies to confirm and communicate fraud situations.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

Have at least 2 years of relevant fraud investigating work experience.

Have a strong attention to detail and analytical skills.

Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Are able to work independently and make decisions.
