What to Expect:

The New York State Office of General Services (OGS), on behalf of the New York State Community Commission on Reparations Remedies, is seeking quotes for a person to take, organize, format, and transmit meeting minutes for the NYS Community Commission on Reparations Remedies.

The business meeting will be held on Friday, August 1, 2025, at the Brooklyn Public Library, 286 Cadman Plaza W, Brooklyn, NY 11201 from 10:00AM - 1:00PM, with arrival time of the minute taker to be a half hour before start time, at 9:30AM.

The selected candidate must have previous experience creating meeting minutes for large, business/public meetings.

The award will be made to the vendor who provides the best overall value based on a combination of price, experience, and availability. Multiple awards may be made.

Initial estimated service is for 8/1/25, however services may be extended for up to a total of two years at the same rates upon mutual agreement between the hiring agency and awarded vendor(s).

These services may be requested on an as needed basis for future events in this Region.
