Our client, a leader in the memory solutions industry, is seeking an entry level Manufacturing Tech to join their team. Are you looking for a dynamic and rewarding work environment? As a Manufacturing Tech, you will be part of the Production Team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a safety mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Manufacturing Technician

Location: Manassas, VA

Pay Range: $18.00

What's the Job?

Equipment Operation: Ability to operate and maintain production equipment according to specifications.

Attention to Detail: Monitoring SPC charts, tool qualifications, and ensuring quality output.

Technical Proficiency: Using computer-based programs and applications for daily tasks.

Problem-Solving: Troubleshooting tool errors and recovery.

Data Analysis: Collecting, analyzing, and responding to data.

Safety Awareness: Following safety protocols and reporting hazards.

Communication: Providing clear pass down information and feedback.

Organizational Skills: Maintaining and organizing workstations.

Adaptability: Participating in training and completing certifications.

What's Needed:

Physical stamina: ability to stand and work on your feet for 12-hour shifts,

Strength: capable of safely lifting up to 25 pounds.

Computer proficiency: familiarity with standard computer operations.

Adherence to procedures: must follow established protocols and safety guidelines.

Ability to complete a background check

Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, and alternating Wednesdays

Available to work 12-hour shifts, 6:45 am to 7 pm

$18 Hourly / paid weekly
