Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $31.00 per hour

What's a typical day as Event Marketing Specialist? You'll be:

Supporting and managing tradeshow participation, including travel arrangements across market segments

Coordinating with various teams to determine booth assets for events

Managing inventory of booth properties and display instruments

Assisting in executing regional tradeshows and events calendar

Submitting exhibit applications and managing logistical requirements for events

Assisting in the creation and implementation of marketing communication campaigns

Monitoring and reporting on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns using analytics tools

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

Hold a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field

Have 1-3 years of experience in event planning, tradeshow and marketing

Possess a basic understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms

Are proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Have experience managing projects from inception to completion

Possess strong written and verbal communication skills

Demonstrate strong organizational and time management skills

Have the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment

Have a valid driver's license and the ability to travel

Ability to lift, move or carry equipment up to 40lb, any other physical requirements
