Account Manager/ Graphic Designer - Robinson Design Company is expanding and were raising the bar. Were creating a new position as Account Manager at our high-volume, fast-paced sign and graphics shop on the NY/PA border. Weve built a strong reputation for quality, reliability, and creativity and as our business continues to grow (the right way), were ready to welcome a new team member who shares those same values.
We're looking for someone who's not only creative, but dependable, organized, and proactive. Someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates well with customers, and is eager to learn every part of the industry. If youre new to the area or looking for a fresh start away, even better we love new positive energy! It is essential for you to have Graphic Design Experience to thrive in this new position. Your design background will help you deliver outstanding one-on-one service and attention to detail that our clients expect. This experience is a must to succeed in this position.
About the Role
Youll play a key part in the creative and customer experience process:
Serve as an account manager, handling customer projects, quotes and follow-ups
Stay on top of communication and meet deadlines with confidence
Ability to handle client contracts and demands
Help manage workflow and contribute to shop efficiency
Design professional logos and branding materials
Learn and assist with vehicle lettering and graphic installs
What Were Looking For
Clear communicator who can manage multiple projects & clients
Must have strong interpersonal skills to continue to provide one on one service to our clients
Someone whos organized, accountable, and drama-free
Experience in customer service, quoting, or account management is a big bonus
A highly skilled graphic designer with a strong portfolio (logos especially!)
Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and Sign Design software
Willingness to learn vehicle graphics install techniques

Full-time preferred | Part-time considered for the right fit
Located in Broome County, NY (just minutes from the PA border)
Pay is competitive and based on experience $18 - 28/hr
Relocation assistance considered for the right person
Must have a reliable vehicle and license
