JOB SUMMARY:

As a Marketing Specialist on the Loyalty Execution team, you will contribute the day-to-day loyalty offer setup and functionality for both Speedy Rewards and 7Rewards. You will work with our cross-functional teams/partners to gain alignments on the intent and offer setup details to ensure we are providing a flawless customer experience while maintaining the goals and objectives for the business. The ideal candidate will have high attention to detail and passion to always do the right thing for the customer, with a background in Project management.

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES:

Build and maintain offer setups each promotional period for both Loyalty platforms (Speedy Rewards & 7Rewards)

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gain alignment on offer details and intent

Effectively communicate obstacles/hurdles to cross-functional teams & Leadership

Identify opportunities to create efficiency and drive change to current processes to improve

Work with Field leaders and stores to identify offers issues and lead troubleshoot to provide resolutions

Work directly with our loyalty vendor partner on a day-to-day basis to ensure offers are migrated to production on time and with accuracy.

Test and troubleshoot all offers before the go live date to ensure offer details and functionality are correct before customer facing.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: EDUCATION: Bachelors/4 Yr Degree YEARS OF RELEVANT WORK EXPERIENCE: 2+ years YEARS OF MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE: NA CERTIFICATIONS / LICENSES: NA 3-8-23 55241

SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience ? Proficient in MS Office 365 (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), SharePoint, Teams, Planner.

Experience in Retail, QSR, CPG preferred

Flexible & responsive in a dynamic business environment. Strong organizational and time management skills, able to manage multiple & shifting priorities. Comfortable engaging cross -functional teams.

Proven problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail

Strong interpersonal and communication skills - spoken and written - to effectively communicate and influence results on owned programs, from the field to the Senior management team.
