Job Summary:
Looking to play an integral role in Brand Marketing for Caterpillar? Look no further as we want a Marketing Communications Specialist to join our team. This role manages content creation and planning across multiple channels for the Caterpillar Global Marketing & Brand Team. The goal is to create content that shapes brand perceptions, drives emotional connections and ignites demand for Cat products and services. What You Will Do:
Manage content creation and planning across varying channels including blog, email, social media, and web. Help source and create content working with the Brand content team, internal Caterpillar Business Unit teams, and agency suppliers. Facilitate editorial planning calls and own publishing schedules across brand-owned channels. Support the execution of various, omni-channel marketing campaigns activities.
Support the business objective and opportunities to develop and align the marketing tactics.
Manage the editorial planning and publishing schedules across brand-owned channels. - Monitor metrics to review the effectiveness of existing marketing tactics. - Provide regional content support across internal Caterpillar teams working closely with agency suppliers
Own calendar management of content activation and execution leveraging marketing platforms and tools
Maintain effective internal communications to discuss and align the marketing and content strategy to the changing organizational scenarios.

Vendor/Supplier Management: Knowledge of external provider management processes and ability to effectively manage the business relationship with external providers (e.g. vendors, service providers, contractors, consultants and suppliers).
Promotion and Marketing Communications: Knowledge of different promotional and marketing communication techniques; ability to use different marketing channels and tools in combination to focus on how a business communicates a message to the market.

Summary Pay Range:
$87,480.00 - $131,280.00
Compensation and benefits offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, job level, market location, job-related knowledge, skills, individual performance and experience. Please note that salary is only one component of total compensation at Caterpillar.
