Job Description

A client of Insight Global is seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to work fully onsite in Middle River, MD. This individual will play a key role in supporting payroll operations by collecting and entering timesheet data every Monday morning. Additional responsibilities include tracking and recording overtime using Excel, managing lost time edits, and utilizing SAP as the enterprise resource planning (ERP) system.

$20/hr to $22/hr.

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Employees in this role will enjoy a comprehensive benefits package starting on day one of employment, including options for medical, dental, and vision insurance. Eligibility to enroll in the 401(k) retirement plan begins after 90 days of employment. Additionally, employees in this role will have access to paid sick leave and other paid time off benefits as required under the applicable law of the worksite location.

Skills and Requirements

Experience with timesheet edits

Experience in excel data entry

Experience using SAP or similar ERP system

Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment null
