About the Role:

We're looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team! In this role, you'll be the voice of the company, delivering exceptional service by assisting customers with inquiries, solving challenges, and providing tailored solutions.

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities Will Include:

Manage a high volume of inbound and/or outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner.

Actively listen to customer needs and concerns to offer appropriate solutions.

Handle customer inquiries related to products, services, billing, and account issues accurately and efficiently.

Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in the CRM system.

Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve escalated issues.

Deliver a positive and memorable customer experience to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Requirements

What You Bring to the Table:

Proven experience in a customer service or call center environment.

Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written.

Strong problem-solving and active-listening skills.

Familiarity with CRM platforms and basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office.

Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work well under pressure in fast-paced environments
