Responsibilities:

Manage and prioritize calendars, appointments, and meetings with precision.

Draft, proofread, and format correspondence, reports, and presentations.

Handle incoming calls and emails, providing exceptional communication and follow-up.

Organize and maintain filing systems, both digital and physical, ensuring confidentiality.

Coordinate travel arrangements, expense reports, and office events.

Assist with data entry, research, and report generation as needed.

Collaborate with team members to streamline administrative processes.

Requirements

Qualifications:

?Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar support role.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and related software.

Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with a strong attention to detail.

Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities.

Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Familiarity with office equipment such as copiers, printers, and teleconferencing systems.
