Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in sales, particularly in technology sales, and demonstrate exceptional skills in customer service and account management. This role requires a strategic thinker who can analyze market trends, negotiate effectively, and foster relationships with clients to achieve sales targets.

Responsibilities

Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and collective sales goals.

Develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to the technology market.

Manage key customer accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.

Conduct market analysis to identify new opportunities and emerging trends.

Utilize Salesforce to track sales performance, manage leads, and analyze data for informed decision-making.

Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients while maintaining strong relationships.

Collaborate with marketing teams to align sales strategies with promotional efforts.

Provide training and support to team members to enhance their skills in outside sales techniques.

Requirements

Proven experience in a sales management role, preferably within the technology sector.

Strong background in outside sales, account management, and customer service.

Excellent negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully.

Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software for managing customer relationships.

Ability to analyze market data and trends to inform strategic decisions.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.

A proactive approach to problem-solving and a passion for driving results.
