About the Role

We're looking for aMarketing and Resident Relations Coordinator who thrives at the intersection of creativity, organization, and execution. This role will support the day-to-day marketing operations across our portfolio of multifamily properties. You'll work closely with the Marketing Manager and on-site teams to create marketing materials, execute campaigns, and ensure brand consistency across digital and physical channels.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone who's equal parts designer, coordinator, and marketing problem-solver.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing & Creative Support

Design flyers, signage, social graphics, and other marketing materials

Coordinate print and promotional orders with approved vendors

Track production and shipping deadlines and communicate with site teams

Maintain and organize digital asset libraries and marketing templates

Assist with executing marketing initiatives across digital and offline channels

Social Media Content & Support

Create, schedule, and publish content across major platforms

Collaborate with on-site teams to gather photos, videos, and community stories

Maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity

Monitor engagement and support reporting on content performance

Digital Marketing & Performance Tracking

Update and audit property websites to ensure accuracy and leasing optimization

Review third-party listing sites (e.g., Apartments.com, Zillow) for consistency and effectiveness

Track key marketing metrics, including lead sources and conversion rates

Use tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Insights, and RentCafe CRM to analyze results

Assist with reporting and recommendations to improve campaign performance

Brand Consistency & Campaign Execution

Ensure all marketing materials reflect our brand standards

Help adapt campaigns and promotions for specific properties or audiences

Support leasing teams with branded tools, signage, and collateral

Resident Engagement & Community Support

Assist with retention campaigns, events, and resident communications

Coordinate with regional and on-site teams to fulfill marketing needs

Support logistics for community events, open houses, and promotional activities

What We Are Looking For

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field, or relevant work experience

1-3 years of experience in marketing, design, or property management

Proficiency with Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines

Experience designing and producing both digital and print materials

Familiarity with Microsoft Office and digital file organization

Comfort with social media platforms and content creation

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in real estate, multifamily, or property management marketing

Understanding of SEO, paid search, and social media ad strategies

Familiarity with Yardi or RentCafe platforms

Experience managing vendor relationships and print production timelines

Familiarity with internal ticketing systems (Zendesk, Helpdesk, etc.)
