Job Title: Material Handler

Job Description

As a Material Handler, you will be responsible for receiving incoming inventory, verifying quantities, and inspecting for damage or defects. You will maintain accurate inventory records and ensure organized storage, while performing quality inspections and reporting issues to the supply chain team. Regular audits of physical inventory and complete bi-annual inventory counts and reporting will also be part of your role.

Responsibilities

Receive and verify incoming inventory quantities.

Inspect inventory for damage or defects.

Maintain accurate inventory records.

Ensure organized storage of inventory.

Perform quality inspections and report issues to the supply chain team.

Conduct regular audits of physical inventory.

Perform complete bi-annual inventory counts and reporting.

Essential Skills

Experience in shipping and receiving.

Proficiency in packing and using RF scanners.

Ability to load and process inventory orders.

Logistics management skills.

Forklift operation experience.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

6 months of warehouse inventory experience with shipping/receiving.

Physical ability to lift objects up to 50 lbs. unassisted and up to 150 lbs. with a team.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Belgrade, Montana.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $25.00/hr.
