Job Purpose

We are seeking a driven Account Representative to support our sales operations by managing customer accounts, generating quotes, and facilitating the product development process. This is a great opportunity to represent a global leader in high-performance polymers used across medical, semiconductor, aerospace, and industrial markets.

Principal Accountabilities

Provide accurate quotes and manage order entry

Support Key Account Managers with business development initiatives

Assist with design change evaluations and blueprint analysis

Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure high satisfaction

Collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage tasks through ERP systems

Knowledge / Skills / Experience

Bachelor's degree in Business or Engineering preferred (or equivalent experience)

2+ years of sales or customer support experience

Familiarity with conceptual drawings, blueprints, and supply chain processes

Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office

Experience in high-tech sectors such as medical, aerospace, or semiconductors is a plus

Pay Transparency (complete highlighted sections)

The salary range for this position is $66,500 - $83,100. Factors such as scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/training, job-related skills, internal peer equity, as well as market and business considerations may influence base pay offered. This salary will be subject to a geographic adjustment (according to a specific city and state), if an authorization is granted to work outside of the location listed in this posting.
