Job Description

As a Supply Chain Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining vendor master files and records. You will process general administrative tasks, administer the Vendor Master Inbox, and swiftly handle requests, resolve issues, and respond to stakeholder inquiries. This role involves setting up new vendors, updating current vendor details such as addresses and contact information, and reporting activities to support tactical procurement and business operations. Additionally, you will provide first-line system support for external supplier partners facing data issues, and educate employees on system usage through the creation of training materials.

Responsibilities

Maintain vendor master files and records.

Process general administrative tasks as directed.

Administer the Vendor Master Inbox, processing requests, resolving issues, and responding to inquiries.

Set up new vendors and update current vendor details including addresses and contact information.

Report activities to support tactical procurement and business operations.

Provide first-line system support for external supplier partners facing data issues.

Educate employees in the system, create training materials.

Essential Skills

Proficiency in supply chain management.

Experience with ERP systems.

Strong MS Office skills, particularly Excel.

Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain or a related field.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree from top Supply Chain programs.

Minimum of 2 years experience within supply chain.

Work Environment

The role operates within a dynamic work environment that utilizes ERP systems and MS Office tools. Standard working hours apply, with a business casual dress code.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $32.00 - $36.05/hr.
