Job Description

As a Warehouse Lead, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the shipping and receiving processes, ensuring efficient order fulfillment, and managing warehouse inventory. You will handle various tasks including material handling and packaging within a dynamic start up manufacturing warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

Oversee shipping and receiving operations.

Ensure efficient order fulfillment processes.

Operate forklifts and RF scanners for inventory control.

Manage warehouse inventory and conduct cycle counts.

Handle FedEx and UPS shipments, including unloading and loading.

Perform material handling and packaging tasks.

Utilize Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software.

Perform miscellaneous tasks as needed.

Essential Skills

Proficiency in operating forklifts and pallet jacks.

Experience with RF scanners and order pulling.

Knowledge of inventory control and cycle counting.

Competence in shipping and receiving processes.

Ability to use WMS and ERP software effectively.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Self-starter with minimal supervision required.

Capability to fulfill tasks efficiently and independently.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Long Beach, California.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $35.00/hr.
