Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented part time Administrative Assistant to assist our client in Lima, Ohio. In this contract position, you will play a key role in supporting daily operations by managing communications, coordinating schedules, and maintaining accurate records. This opportunity is ideal for individuals who excel in multitasking and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Respond to inbound calls promptly and professionally, ensuring clear communication.

Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues effectively.

Perform accurate data entry tasks to maintain up-to-date records and documentation.

Draft and manage email correspondence with internal and external stakeholders.

Handle both inbound and outbound calls to coordinate communications and follow-ups.

Utilize Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, for various administrative tasks.

Schedule and organize appointments to optimize team productivity.

Maintain organized filing systems for easy access to important information.

Support project-related tasks and collaborate with team members to meet deadlines.

Requirements - Proven experience in administrative roles or similar positions.

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail and accuracy.

Familiarity with answering calls and providing customer service.

Competence in scheduling appointments and managing calendars.

Skilled in handling both email correspondence and data entry tasks.
