Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Hours:** 35-40 hours per week

Overview:** We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team immediately. This position is ideal for a motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys interacting with customers. The role involves a variety of tasks including customer service, order assistance, and working with commercial bindery equipment.

Key Responsibilities:**

Customer Interaction: Provide outstanding service to customers by greeting them, answering inquiries, and assisting with orders in a friendly and efficient manner.

Order Management: Take and process customer orders accurately, ensuring all details are correctly entered and communicated.

Phone Support: Answer phone calls promptly, address customer questions, and direct calls appropriately.

Administrative Tasks: Perform filing duties to maintain organized and accessible records.

Equipment Operation: Operate commercial bindery equipment and manage large digital copier systems to meet production needs.

Technology Utilization: Utilize computer systems for various tasks. Graphics knowledge is beneficial but not required.

Qualifications:**

Dependability: Must be reliable and punctual, with a strong sense of responsibility.

Interpersonal Skills: Friendly demeanor and ability to work well with others in a team-oriented environment.

Willingness to Learn: Open to acquiring new skills and knowledge related to job duties.

Experience: Previous customer service experience is preferred. Experience with commercial bindery equipment and digital copier systems is a plus.

Technical Skills: Basic computer skills are required.

Physical Requirements:**

Active Role: This position involves minimal sitting and requires the ability to move around frequently.

Fast-Paced Environment: Ability to perform efficiently under time constraints and adapt to varying workloads.
