We are currently seeking a Representative who will play a pivotal role in driving our growth and success. This results-oriented position demands a professional with a passion for building relationships and a keen understanding of accounting services. The ideal candidate will not only promote our wide range of services but also work closely with potential clients to identify their needs and foster long-term partnerships, ensuring our clients receive the best possible support in achieving their business goals. Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to acquire new clients.

Design marketing materials aimed at generating new leads.

Identify and engage with potential clients through networking and outreach activities.

Present Smoker & Company's range of services to prospective clients, highlighting our unique value proposition.

Maintain a thorough understanding of our service offerings to effectively address client inquiries.

Cultivate strong relationships with clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.

Collaborate with internal teams to provide tailored solutions for clients' needs.

Regularly report on sales metrics and client feedback to enhance service offerings.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in outside sales, preferably in the accounting or professional services industry.

Strong understanding of accounting principles ,bookkeeping and business practices.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.

Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales goals and targets.

Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and a results-driven mindset.

Ability to travel within the Lancaster and Berks County regions.

Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
