DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES: Location: 715 Fountain Avenue, Lancaster, PA 17601

We're excited to welcome a confident and creative Marketing Intern to join our team for a hands-on opportunity that blends storytelling, stakeholder collaboration, and digital campaign development!

This role will focus on understanding the customer sales journey within our Outdoor Surfacing segment and translating those insights into compelling marketing content and campaigns.

What You'll Do:

Conduct interviews with key stakeholders across sales and operations to document the customer journey and quote process

Assist in identifying messaging themes and value propositions that resonate with our outdoor surfacing customers

Propose and help develop creative content for:

A landing page targeting fall campaign prospects

A 10-week email nurture campaign

10 social media posts designed for engagement and lead conversion

Present a comprehensive final project that includes campaign strategy, content samples, and design mockups

Key Strengths for Success:

Confident and comfortable initiating interviews and crafting thoughtful, targeted questions

A strategic thinker with an eye for storytelling and digital engagement

Detail-oriented, organized, and excited to bring ideas to life through collaboration

Proactive and curious about the customer experience and sales funnel

Preferred Skills:

Familiarity with Video editing software, like CapCut; Adobe Express, Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), and Microsoft PowerPoint

Strong writing and editing skills

Experience in content creation for digital marketing channels (email, social, web) is a plus

Bonus if you have any interest or background in construction, design, or B2B sales environments
