Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team on a contract basis in Reseda, California. In this role, you will provide essential support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations within a healthcare environment. This position requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and proficiency in various administrative tools and tasks.

Responsibilities:

Manage inbound and outbound calls, ensuring prompt and clear communication.

Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.

Perform data entry tasks with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.

Handle email correspondence and maintain organized records of communications.

Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and other calendar-related activities.

Utilize Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook to perform various administrative duties.

Support team members with clerical tasks and document management.

Maintain an organized and efficient workspace to enhance productivity.

Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all administrative activities. Requirements - A minimum of 3 years of experience in an administrative or similar role.

Proficiency in managing inbound and outbound calls and providing customer service.

Strong skills in data entry and maintaining accurate records.

Experience with scheduling appointments and managing calendars.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
