Job Title: Data Entry SpecialistJob Description

The Data Entry Specialist will be responsible for accurately entering and managing data related to contract deliverables, part numbers, inventory, and other contractual requirements. The ideal candidate will have expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including the ability to create and manage complex formulas, pivot tables, macros, and VLOOKUP functions to generate reports and maintain comprehensive Excel documents.

Responsibilities

Generate reports and maintain comprehensive Excel documents.

Ensure strong attention to detail and accuracy in all data entry tasks.

Organize and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.

Essential Skills

Proven experience as a Data Entry Specialist or similar role.

Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced formulas, pivot tables, macros, and VLOOKUP.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Contracts experience is a plus.

High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in data entry or related field is a plus.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in data entry or a related role, with a focus on advanced Excel skills.

Work Environment

The work schedule follows a 9/80 format, with options for Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM or 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $28.00/hr.
