What You Will Do:
Manage and lead Sales & Marketing associates, including Sales Managers, Event Sales Managers, and Sales Coordinators, ensuring alignment with Atrium's Core Values.
Generate new group leads through proactive solicitation via internet, third-party vendors, brand resources, and Property Sales Systems.
Plan and execute client site visits, on-site negotiations, and pre/post-conference meetings.
Collaborate with the Revenue Strategy Team to develop pricing, inventory, and marketing strategies.
Actively engage with the local community to enhance the hotel's visibility and reputation.
Oversee all hotel marketing efforts, including print/digital content, social media, and third-party websites.
Provide financial leadership by forecasting revenue, participating in budgeting processes, and updating Strategic Selling Guidelines.
What We're Looking For:
5+ years of hotel or industry-related sales and marketing experience.
Proven track record of achieving individual and team sales productivity goals.
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
Proficiency with sales programs including Microsoft Office, Delphi.fdc, and/or CI/TY.
Experience detailing Banquet Event Orders (BEOs).
What Will Set You Apart:
3+ years of experience leading a sales or catering team.
Strong working knowledge of Group, Negotiated Transient, and Social Event segments.
Experience with ProfitSword forecasting.
Commitment to community engagement and hotel visibility.
